If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 15 days of purchase and we will give you the option to either return that item for a refund or return that item for store credit so that we can find the right product for you. We also want to make things easy for you which is why we offer FREE RETURN shipping for customers returning for a store credit.

Return Policy - 30 days

If you have passed the 15-day Money Back Guarantee and are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 30 days from the day you received your package and we will give you store credit so that you can find the right product for you.

Warranty and Defective Products

If you are outside of our return period, and your product turns out to be defective we are here to help. Give us a call at XXXXXXXXXXX, and one of our Experts will be happy to assist you with a manufacture replacement.

In the event that you do need to return your product, please review the policy below:

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened and unused, resalable condition.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges unless you opt for a store credit or unless you received damaged items.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Please write this number on the outside of the shipping package. Re-package the items in the original shipping carton if possible or any suitable shipping carton and make sure the items are well protected to avoid damages.

Damages Policy

In the unfortunate event that you have received a damaged product, please review the policy below:

  • Any damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving your product.
  • To report your damage, you must email a picture of the product damage to
  • Please be sure to retain your original shipping box and packing materials in case we need to provide images to the shipping carrier as proof of damage in transit.
  • After assessing the damage, if applicable, Customer Service will provide you with an Authorization Number and a pre-paid return shipping label for the damaged item to be returned to our warehouse.
  • Once the damaged item is back to our warehouse, we will ship out the replacement product at no charge.

Refused Packages

A $14 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments or wrong address. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during your checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.


Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return, please call Customer Service or log into your account and track your return progress. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
